Wow I feel like my case is empty compared to some you.
In my case...

19oz McDermott Pulse
Xtra I2 shaft
Aska cue (my break cue)
Lucasi jump cue
Joint protectors
Tip tool
Rag
Some chalk and a pen

2000 grade sandpaper, scruffy pad, tip file
Slide-Rite
Box of Sniper Tips in case someone needs one
Box of medium Tiger laminated tips, same reason
Magnetic chalk holder - I'm a bit of a germophobe

Tip-Pik in my pocket
Cookies and glucose tabs in case my sugar dips
10 quarters to rattle in my pocket while my opponent's shooting (just kidding)

I don't bring a whole lot when I go to play, mostly because I don't have much to bring:

Rag

and of course, some money.
