What do you carry with you to play pool?

Someone posted this in my local apa site a while back I figured I would post it here.

What do you carry in your cue case?

Top Section:
2 Chalk holders
1 Sir joseph glove (I use all the time)
1 Pen for score keeping
1 Tip pick

Bottom Section:
1 Piece of scotch bright
2 Cloths to Clean shaft
1 Box of chalk(12 pieces)
1 Small bottle of Advil
1 Small q-ball (some places around here have that large q-ball and its annoying)

Scuffer is on my keychain.

Howdy all! This is my first post.

Top zippered pocket of my Porper 2X4 includes: A 3-cue Q Claw, an extra Sir Joseph glove, a Moosehead bridge, and the small APA rule book.

Bottom zippered pocket includes: A Porper 6-cue holder, my glasses/case, a Sir Joseph glove, a tip tapper, a Cue Cube shaper/scuffer, a Pocket Chalker, a spare piece of chalk, A container of quarters, a shaft slicker, a pocket marker, and a Q file/sandpaper.

That about covers it for me. I wish I had more room sometimes for a flask of bourbon. The drink prices nowadays have gotten outa hand :( !!!

I carry pool cue(s), a snooker cue, a bridge stick, chalk, tip tapper, tip burnisher, scuffer, half round sander, laser level and a 12" adjustable wrench.

I play on barboxes, they are never level, and the wrench adjusts the feet on the tables.

No, I don't play guitar.
My brother is in a band and plays bass, but the best I can do is play the stereo. :D

I have the name Slowhand for three reasons.
1) I'm an Eric Clapton fan. (I attached my avatar from the AZB forum)
2) After a few beers I've been known to play air guitar on my cue.
3) And here's where it really comes from,,, On soft hits, I have a tendency to slow my stroke down instead of just shortening my stroke. The difference is that I still have the follow through. Some people tell me it looks like slow motion, and they joke that they can measure the time it takes for the object ball to fall with a calandar. I know it looks funny, but sometimes an ultra slow hit is the easiest way I know to hold the QB for position on the next ball. I may only hit it like that 1 out of 50 times, but it's that one time that people talk about. Oh yeah, he's the one with that slooooow stroke. ;)

I also use a very Slow stroke on some shots, my friends are always amazed when the ball just makes it to the pocket and falls in. I Love those shots.
I am a Bass player myself, that is why I was asking. Clapton was always one of my favorite Guitar players, going all the way back to the Cream days.:D
