I just switched from Moori soft to the Tiger Sniper and I have been shooting much better lately. I don't think it is all in the tip but it is part of it for sure.

With that much play - I would go with the pro 8 or knock down a wall and move it back a foot for the 9 footer. Pro 8 is probably going to be easier.
