Concentration Issues

My wife and I moved a while back and I was forced to sell my 9' table. The only place around to play is a bar with 2 lousy 8' bar tables. To make matters worse there are no players around that present a challenge. Its not that I am that good, but everyone else is just that bad. lol.

No one plays for even small $, and if you know you will get 2 or 3 or more turns at the table its so easy to not give it 100%. I wish I could play with the guys I used to, where you know if you miss you are toast. Unfortunately that means an hour drive each way. With a baby on the way and high fuel prices, not to mention the cold weather it just isnt possible very often.

Basically I find myself slacking off and not focusing. Any suggestions on how to maintain 100% effort in these situations?
